Returns & Exchanges

Return for Refund:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in new, unworn/unwashed condition, with tags on.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back, unless it is a mistake made on our part.
  • In-store purchases must have a receipt.

Process for sending back a return:

  1. Make sure you meet all the criteria above.
  2. Box up your item and include your order number, name and reason for the return.
  3. As soon as we receive your package with the return and verify it meets the above criteria, we will refund you.

 

Return for Exchange:

      For faster turnaround, follow the Return for Refund instructions above, and place a new order right away for the desired item. If you don’t mind waiting and want the exchange shipped back for free, then follow the instructions below.

        • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
        • Items must be in new, unworn/unwashed condition, with tags on.
        • Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back, unless it is a mistake made on our part.
        • In-store purchases must have a receipt.

        Process for sending back an exchange:

          1. Make sure you meet all the criteria above.
          2. Check our website to make sure we have the new item you are looking for, in stock.
          3. Box up your item and include your order number, name, phone number and address.
          4. Let us know with a note inside the box, which item you are exchanging for, including size, color etc.
          5. As soon as we receive your package with the exchange we will refund your original order.
          6. We will create a new order and email you the invoice to be completed for payment. Your order will not be shipped until you complete payment.
          7. All returns/exchanges should be shipped back to:
